Who We Are

P.E.A.C.E. Group, Inc.

Families Empowered. Communities Transformed.

Ashley Whitfield – Founder & President

Ashley Whitfield is a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor with more than 12 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in schools, mental health settings, and community agencies. Her work has given her a firsthand understanding of how childhood adversity, family challenges, and community conditions can influence mental health, educational outcomes, and overall well-being.

Recognizing that many families need support beyond traditional counseling and school-based services, Ashley created P.E.A.C.E. Group, Inc. as an unconventional, community-centered approach to addressing these needs. Through education, family empowerment, trauma-informed programming, and community partnerships, PEACE Group seeks to connect families with practical resources while helping communities better understand and respond to the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Her vision is rooted in a simple belief: when families are empowered with knowledge, support, and targeted resources, communities have greater opportunities to thrive.
